Daylight saving time will return on the last Sunday in October, i.e. October 27, 2024.

 


 

Did you know?

Although in March 2018, the European Commission proposed to put an end to it as of 2021, the time change is still topical since the latter has defined the calendar fixing the beginning and end of the summer and winter time period up to and including 2026.

In France, we've been changing time for over 45 years! The change came in 1975, following the first oil crisis in 1973. The government hoped to limit electricity consumption by aligning the time with the rhythm of the sun.
