A time server is an integrated component of an ICT network, and its role is to broadcast the time to the other network components.
For this, it has a synchronization input (GPS, IRIG…) as well as an internal clock based on a precise oscillator. Time broadcast is made possible thanks to the NTP network protocol.
Rail transport, airports, defense, industry, hospitals or administrations, time synchronization can directly affect network operations:

Most time servers available on the internet are not accurate enough to be used for synchronization: Our systems are accurate to the millisecond, up to tens of nanoseconds.
GORGY TIME products use fine corrections so as not to trigger a security alert. In case of a significant difference, servers report this information to the network administrator.
Our time center units and time servers are designed with redundancy in mind, operating 24 hours a day on the “hot plug principle”: racks can be changed without interrupting your operations.
Our time servers are Stratum 1: they receive information directly from an atomic clock.
Available with multiple configurable inputs and outputs (PTP, GNSS, NTP, IRIG B, AFNOR, NMEA) they associate different types of internal oscillators up to Rubidium, ensuring a high level of performance.
